Super Splash Fun Pool Rules
Please respect our pool rules to help make the pool enjoyable for everyone.
Familiarise yourself with these rules and any updates upon entry to the swimming pool.
Our pools are supervised but not lifeguarded.
Children remain the responsibility of their guardians at all times
No Pushing
No Running
No Diving
No Bombing
No Wetsuits
No Inflatables
No Animals
No Flippers
No Spectacles to be worn on flume
Non-Swimmer
If your child can not swim they must use the smaller pool with an adult swimmer with them at all times.
They must also be wearing the correct size nappies or pants to prevent contamination.
Non swimmers are not allowed to use the flume or rapids.
Healthy Swimming
Please inform for the pool supervisor if your child has an accident in the pool.
Please avoid swimming with an upset stomach and for two weeks afterwards.
If our pool supervisor suspects a weak swimmer they will be asked to swim the width of the pool unaided.
It is ultimately your responsibility to make sure your children are competent swimmers if they are using the pool without you or a spectator.
Flume Rules
Only to be used when the pool supervisor instructs
Sit upright at all time
DO not stop half way or dive off the flume
No Jewellery
No costumes with studs on
One person at a time
Please DO NOT use the flume if you suffer from;
High blood pressure
Are over 18 stone
Have Angina
You cannot swim
You are pregnant
Important Information
Please make sure you have your Harlyn Sands Membership card or Pool ticket with you to gain entry into the pool.
Please make sure you listen to the pool supervisor and swim safely.
The showers in this pool area are for swimmers only. – No photographs to be taken in the swimming pools or changing areas.
Our changing rooms are unisex.
There are no lockers and therefore items are left at own risk.
No outdoor footwear to be worn in or around the pool area.
No permittance under the influence of alcohol.
Main pool depth is 1.3 meters
Non swimmers pool depth is 0.9 meters
